SkillSeekh reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any new features, tools, content, or modules that enhance the Service will be subject to the updated Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these changes. Any breach of these terms may result in the termination of your account. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. 

Account Conditions:

1. Skill seekh training/courses are not designed to promise quick financial success. Any earnings or income claims made by Skill seekh, any of their trainers and employees should be viewed as aspirational examples of potential earnings. These statements are not guarantees of success or an assurance that all individuals will achieve the same results. Your outcomes will vary based on factors such as personal effort, learning, economic conditions, motivation, and the unpredictable nature of business ventures. There is no assurance that you will earn money from participating in this training/course.

The content on the Skill seekh website is provided “as is.” Skill seekh makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or any other right

Under no circumstances shall Skill seekh or its suppliers be held responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business disruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on Skill seekh’s website. This applies even if Skill seekh or an authorized representative has been informed, either verbally or in writing, of the potential for such damages.

1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

The content available on Skill seekh’s website may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, or photographic errors.Skill seekh  does not guarantee that the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or up-to-date.Skill seekh  reserves the right to modify the content of its website at any time without prior notice. However, Skill seekh is under no obligation to update or correct any materials.

Refunds,Refund Requests,Payment and Invoice Process:

1. You qualify for a reimbursement only under one condition: if you are dissatisfied with the training, you may request a refund after the first session but before the second live session begins. Skill seekh will not process any refunds if requested after the second session has started, whether you attended or not. No exceptions will be considered.
2. Requests for refunds will not be accepted once the second live class has commenced.
3. After you submit the form, our team will send you an invoice via email. You must pay the invoice by the specified due date.
   Installment invoices are generally issued after one month. You will have 5-7 days to settle the payment. If the installment is not paid on time, your LMS account will be closed. 

Cancellation and Terminations:

1. Skill seekh holds the right to revoke any student’s account due to misbehavior, misconduct, or harassment. The fee in this case will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made.
2. Skill seekh holds the right to discontinue any account due to pending dues.
3. Skill seekh , at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or deactivate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any otherSkill seekh service, for any reason at any time. Such revocation of the Service will result in the disabling or removal of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. Skill seekh reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Pricing:

1. Skill seekh retains the right to alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice.
2. The training materials, services, tools, and instructors provided by Skill seekh may be modified at any time, with or without notice.

FOUNDER BANO GENERAL CONDITION :

Course Fee and Additional Costs: The course fee includes all necessary training materials, with no hidden charges. While it is not mandatory, we recommend purchasing a domain and hosting from a provider of your choice for hands-on practice. Additionally, trainers may suggest optional tools and services to enhance your learning experience. Please note that Skill Seekh may or may not receive benefits from these recommendations.

Batch Size and Merging: We maintain a limited number of students per batch to ensure personalized attention. As the course progresses to non-technical modules, some batches may be merged to foster collaborative learning and promote healthy discussions during classes.

Re-Enrollment Policy: Students have the option to re-enroll in the course by paying a re-enrollment fee of Rs. 15,000. This option can be utilized once for continued learning and improvement.

Access to Third-Party Tools: Skill Seekh provides students with access to third-party tools throughout the six-month duration of the course. These tools are offered as part of the program but are subject to change or removal at any time.

Lifetime Access to Class Recordings: Students are granted lifetime access to their class recordings, provided all dues have been cleared. Given that digital marketing is a constantly evolving field, your batch’s class recordings will be updated with recordings from the most recent batch 1-2 years after your batch concludes. Once the update occurs, older recordings will be permanently removed to ensure students have access to the latest digital marketing strategies and trends.

Restrictions on Service Use: You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, including its use or access, without obtaining explicit written consent from Skill Seekh.

Verbal abuse : Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Skill seekh  customer/student, employee, or trainer will result in immediate account termination.

Support during live online classes: Trainers will provide direct assistance during live online sessions. Students are encouraged to ask questions in real time as the class proceeds. After classes end, there may be delays in responses; students can use additional support channels, such as forums or live chat, for faster replies. If repeat assistance is required, students may re-enroll to continue learning from the trainers, following the re-enrollment policy.

Extended Support (not lifetime support): Extended support allows students to receive mentorship from trainers during the course duration. This support can be continued by re-enrolling in the program, as outlined in the re-enrollment policy.

Income Claims: Any income-related statements made by Skill Seekh, our staff, trainers, or students are presented as genuine but are not independently verified for accuracy.
